ROBERT B. McCLURE -Principal

Bob McClure has spent his entire professional life focused on Commercial Real Estate Finance. He received his M.S. Degree in Real Estate Investment Analysis and Appraisal from the prestigious real estate program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1973. During his career, Mr. McClure has worked as a commercial real estate loan officer for a bank and as a Regional Manager for AMFAC Mortgage with responsibility for loan production from Washington, Alaska and Idaho. Mr. McClure started his own firm in 1981 and has been focused on the placement of institutional commercial real estate loans since that time.

Mr. McClure's academic training and extensive multi-state real estate experience provides the client with consulting, real estate analysis and mortgage underwriting to provide the client with the optimum financial solution. He has been active in the placement of debt for a wide range of commercial properties in several western states, notably Washington, Nevada and Alaska.

Mr. McClure has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Alaska - Graduate School of Business, and an instructor for BOMA. He has been actively involved with the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association for over the past 10 years. Mr. McClure is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker in Washington State.

EDW ARD A. SPUTH -Principal

Ed Sputh is a seasoned real estate expert having been in the industry since 1972. Before forming Sputh McClure, Inc. in 1990, Mr. Sputh spent 18 years in various disciplines of the real estate industry, including 10 years of engineering and appraisal work, and followed by 8 years of institutional investment work with Lincoln Development Corporation (a division of Lincoln National Life Insurance Company) and The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (MONY).

With Lincoln Development Mr. Sputh negotiated joint venture development opportunities from coast to coast for the insurance company. As a Regional Vice President with MONY, Mr. Sputh was responsible for procurement of debt and equity investments in 18 Western States. Mr. Sputh has been involved with investments in a wide variety of property types and locations across the U.S., with the largest transaction involving assets in excess of $250 million. Mr. Sputh has extensive experience in the hospitality industry along with a variety of institutional types of properties.

Mr. Sputh's unique knowledge and perspective are strong assets to his clients. With his knowledge of the industry as an engineer, appraiser, investor, and lender, he is capable providing valuable insight to help his clients meet their financial needs. Mr. Sputh has a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Indiana University.
